*In order to receive your free home security system and
installation, a standard monitoring agreement and activation fee is
required. OAC
** Apx Alarm Security Solutions , Inc. will
honor the Service Program as long as the system continues to be
monitored by Apx Alarm, or its affiliates and regular monthly
payments equal to the original monitoring rates are made. The
Service Program includes labor and replacement or repair of all
parts, excluding alarm screens and batteries in sensing devices when
the security system has been operating under normal conditions. Apx
Alarm may use new or reconditioned parts at the time of replacement
and may retain any parts removed from the system. Customer shall be
responsible for paying for all parts and labor or all non-covered
replacements and repairs, including damage caused by remodeling or
renovation, accident or abuse, misuse, acts of God, vandalism,
cosmetic damage, attempted unauthorized repairs, faulty electrical
or telephone connections, or causes other than normal wear and tear.
All repairs shall be performed as soon as reasonably possible after
receipt of notice from customer. Service is performed during normal
business hours currently 8 A.M. to 6 P.M., Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. Emergency service provided at other times will
be charged to the customer at Apx Alarms existing standard rate for
emergency service. Charges doe non covered repairs will be based
upon Apx Alarm’s existing labor and material rates. After the
initial 120 day service period, a minimum $35.00 service trip fee
will be assessed on both covered and non-covered service units.
